We want to ensure your travel experience is as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to read, understand, and accept these Booking Terms & Conditions, which constitute the complete agreement between you and us. By booking a product with us, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms, and we will consider your reservation on this basis. The services you are to receive are outlined in your booking confirmation/invoice.

Client and Product Definitions:
- A ‘Client’ refers to all individuals listed on the booking form who intend to travel with IGLESIAS TOUR TURKEY.
- A ‘Product’ denotes any service provided by IGLESIAS TOUR TURKEY.
Confirmation of Contract: A contract between you and us comes into effect when we confirm your booking in writing and issue a Confirmation.
Responsibilities of the Person Submitting the Booking Form: The individual submitting the booking form, whether in print or online, warrants that they possess the full authority to act on behalf of all persons listed on the form. It is also the responsibility of this person to ensure that all individuals on the form are aware of and understand these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject any booking at our discretion.
CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE BY CLIENT
Shore Excursions to Ephesus or Istanbul encompass Tour Guides, Transportation, and Museum Entrance Tickets (if selected). These excursions have distinct terms. We offer flexibility for date changes in the event of alterations to your Cruise Plan. To qualify for a free date change, please inform us at least 2 days before your tour’s start date. If you wish to cancel your tour, we provide a full refund of your deposit payment if we are notified at least 2 days before your tour’s start date.
CANCELLATION BY IGLESIAS TOUR TURKEY (EphesusTourfromKusadasi.com)
We retain the right to cancel any confirmed booking under exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure, which includes war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellations, or any external factors beyond our control. We do not provide compensation in such cases. However, if we cannot deliver the booked tour, we will refund any payments made (excluding insurance premiums) or offer an alternative date or holiday of similar quality.
INFORMATION AND PRICING POLICY
Before confirming your booking, we reserve the right to adjust brochure prices due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in government regulations, transportation cost increases, changes in fees, taxes, admission fees, or fluctuating exchange rates. Reduced prices or discounts discovered after your deposit payment cannot be applied to your booking, and standard cancellation conditions apply if you wish to cancel and rebook at a lower rate.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Under Turkish law, Clients must have adequate insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, repatriation, luggage loss, and product cancellation. Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance, which is not mandatory to join the tour but is highly recommended in case of unforeseen events. Compensation for losses may be sought through insurance in the event of cancellation or loss.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Clients must possess valid passports, visa permits, vaccinations, medical certificates, and all required travel documents. We are not liable for any damages due to changes in regulations or laws affecting travel document requirements. We provide information in good faith but without liability. In cases of lost or stolen documents, while we will assist as much as possible, we are not responsible for additional costs, and no reimbursement or compensation will be provided for travel expenses.
COMPLAINTS
If you have concerns about any aspects of your Product arrangements, please report them immediately to an Iglesias Tour employee so that we can take corrective action. Failure to report issues on the spot may reduce or extinguish our liability for compensation. In cases where issues cannot be resolved on-site, complaints must be submitted in writing within 90 days of completing the product.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
No employees or representatives of Iglesias Tour have the authority to modify, alter, or waive these terms and conditions, or assume any liability on behalf of Iglesias Tour, unless such changes are in writing and signed by the Managing Director of Iglesias Tour. All contracts for bookings with Iglesias Tour are governed by Turkish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
